Hello Shot Online Community,

We would like to test out a new platform for Shot Online players to connect and chat with each other.

What is Discord?
Some of you might be familiar with Discord, a voice and text chat designed for gamers. We're already using Discord for our other games at WEBZEN, and thought we might try it out with the Shot Online community as well.

Why would I need it?
If you're interested in chatting with your fellow Shot Online players without even having to login to the game, then join us on Discord! You can also create voice channels (and therefore ditch Teamspeak or Mumble!) or get in touch with your fellow Shot Online Moderators if you can't find them on the Square.

How do I join the chat?
Discord works in your browser, but you can also download a desktop client if that's your thing. They also have mobile apps, so you can stay in touch wherever you are.

The Fineprint
This chat is just a trial. While Discord has proven to be very useful in our other games, all communities are different and you might end up not liking it, so if no one uses our Discord channel, we might end up ditching it. We do not offer any official support on Discord, please continue to use the DQA system for this.
