I forgot my User ID and/or password!

If you've forgotten your User ID and/or Password (it happens to the best of us), click on the following link: http://www.gamescampus.com/account/findidpw.asp?game=9Dragons

You will see a form as follows:

Choose what you've forgotten and follow the instructions provided.

You will be asked to verify your Security Question and Answer before continuing. When answered correctly, your password will be reset and and a temporary password will be sent to the e-mail address you registered the account under.

Afterwards, follow this link to your profile page to change your password:
http://www.gamescampus.com/myaccount/myprofile.asp

Please create a strong password by using a combination of capital and lowercase letters, symbols, and numbers to make sure your account is secure.

* If you've forgotten your Security Question and Answer, or your e-mail address is incorrect/lost, please send in a DQA (click here) with the subject "Forgot User ID/Password".
