If you are experiencing technical issues of any type, please go through the following check list before sending in a DQA: ☐ You have the latest 9Dragons client installed (consider reinstalling 9Dragons if you haven't done so) ☐ All your drivers for all your devices are fully up to date (graphics, audio, network) ☐ The latest version of DirectX is installed ☐ Your anti-virus software's virus definitions are fully updated ☐ You have scanned your computer for viruses and spyware ☐ You have closed most, if not all programs running in the background ☐ Your firewall settings are not restricting 9Dragons and GameGuard from accessing the internet (click here for port info) ☐ Your version of Windows is fully updated with the latest Service Packs * If you are still experiencing issues after going through this check list, please send in a DQA (click here) with the subject "Technical Issues" and a description of what your problem is within the Question box. |
