Contents	If you are having problems with transactions, please include all of the following information when submitting an inquiry regarding payment problems. User ID Full Name Transaction Number Transaction Date Payment Method Used (IE; Paypal, GoogleCheckout, ClickAndBuy, etc.) Email Address Please be aware that when using GoogleCheckout, there may be a delay of up to 24 hours for the transaction to post to your account. If you are not credited after the 24 hours, please let us know and include all of the requested information above.
