Dear Drift City Community,
Here is the list of violations and punishments, and please read through our Terms of Service when installing the game for further information.
1. Abusive Language and Cursing -
(1st offense) Account banned for 1 day
(2nd) Account banned for 7 days
(3rd) Account banned for 30 days
(4th) Account banned permanently
2. Impersonating an Administrator - GM, Moderators. etc. -
(1st offense) Account banned for 7 days
(2nd) Account banned permanently
3. Interrupting or interfering with an Administrator`s Duties -
(1st offense) Warning
(2nd) Account banned for 1 day
(3rd) Account banned for 7 days
(4th) Account banned permanently
4. Improper Character Name -
Offending character name will be changed to a random name
5. Intentional Interuption of Game Play / Player Harrassment -
(1st offense) Account banned for 1 day
(2nd) Account banned for 7 days
(3rd) Account banned for 30 days
(4th) Account banned permanently
6. Spamming in the Game -
(1st offense) Warning
(2nd) Account banned for 1 day
(3rd) Account banned for 3 days
(4th) Account banned permanently
*Scamming / Gold Selling Website-related accounts will be banned permanently upon identification.
7. Using or Distributing Illegal / Hacking Programs -
Account banned permanently
Account banned permanently 9. File modification & Server attack and attempts - Account banned permanently 10. Account Sharing (1st offense) : Warning (2nd): 7-day game ban (3rd) : Permanent account ban 11. Uploading abusive/ sexual/ harassing images and links on Sticker/ Gallery Board/ Forum/Etc. (1st offense) : 7 day game ban (2nd) : 30 day game ban (3rd) : Permanent account ban 12. Abusing bugs/glitches (1st offense) : 7 day game ban (2nd) : Permanent account ban *Delivery glitchers will be strictly enforced. 13. Scamming Items/Parts/Vehicles/Mitos/CC/etc. (1st offense) : 30 day game ban (2nd) : Permanent account ban *Any loss from priave trade will not be reimbursed or refunded. Read DC News [1-7] for more details. *Chat Ban / Game Ban / Account Block / IP Block will be enforced without notice. *If needed, any alternate account will be enforced. We will only take action after having evidence which shows clearly a user`s illegal behavior.
