Did not receive item purchased from item mall

All items purchased from the item mall will go to your Virtual Locker. Your Virtual Locker can be accessed at NPC Potter.

You can find him to the east of the map, not far from the East course entrance.

Once you purchase an item you should log out of the game completely and return to check your locker. Alternatively, close your client, make the purchases you need and then re-open your client. If you purchase items while still logged in, you may not see them in your virtual locker until you re-open the client. Not only items but Gold membership status will not take effect until you re-login.
