Here is a list of DQA policies that you should all read before sending in a DQA. We will continue to adjust the policy list as we see fit! - We do not give away free items. - We will not change your level upon request. - We will not change your class upon request. - We will not transfer your items to other characters. - We will not restore deleted characters over 3 months old. - We will not exchange weapons because you want a specific stat. - We will not change weapon stats unless there is a bugged stat (i.e. +0). - We are not obligated to retrieve items you may have sent or traded to another player resulting of an agreement between you and that player. - We will not restore your EXP unless it's due to a disconnection issue and you'll have to show us a screenshot of your character's death message. - If you are sharing your account, we are not obligated to help you recover any missing items. - If you have sent mail to the wrong person, we will not be able to retrieve the mail for you unless you sent mail to an inactive account. |
