Contents	Here is a list of DQA policies that you should all read before sending in a DQA. We will continue to adjust the policy list as we see fit!   - We do not give away free items. - We will not remove extreme refinement scrolls from weapons/clothes. - We will not change your level upon request. - We will not change your role upon request. - We will not change your character upon request. - We will not transfer/move your items to other characters/account/server/bags. - We will not reset weapon options because you want a specific stat. - We will not restore weapons/clothes upon request.  - We will not restore weapons/clothes/items mistakenly sold to NPC upon request. - We will not retrieve items you may have sent or traded to another player resulting of an agreement between you and that player. - We will not move event weapons/items to other characters/account.
