My account is blocked. What happened?

Account blocks could happen for a number of reasons. The most common reasons can be found below:

Blocked Country:
Unfortunately, we do not currently provide service for Brazil, Russia, or the Middle East due to licensing restrictions. All accounts from Brazil and the Middle East made after June 1st will not be able to access Asda 2. No Russian accounts, regardless of registration date, may access Asda 2. Please watch for localized versions of Asda 2 in your countries in the future.

Offensive Language:
If a player finds another player's chat offensive, they may report it to us with a screenshot, and we will decide the outcome. Generally, we block players for excessive use of foul language, or language used toward another player that gives a feeling of being offensive.

Context plays a large part of our decision on suspensions, and we do not generally suspend simply for using a word that may be considered "socially unacceptable" by some. For example, if you die and use a simple explative, it's unlikely you would be blocked. However, if you use that same explative in relation to someone's mother, you likely will if reported.

Jokes can also end up getting you blocked. If you are joking with a friend in chat and say something offensive in a public chat mode, someone may report you. We urge you to keep such jokes to yourself or in private chats.

Punishment for this offense are as follows*:
-1st Offense (if witnessed by GM in-game): Warning kick or 3 day ban.
-1st Offense: 3 days
-2nd Offense: 7 Days
-3rd Offense: 1 month
-4th Offense: Permanent

*These punishments are guidelines, and may be changed at any time. Bans may be longer or shorter depending on the severity of the situation.


Fraudulent Transactions
Your account may have been involved in the fraudulent use of a credit card or Paypal account, or may have been involved in a Chargeback case. If this is the case then it may only be a temporary ban while we investigate the transactions made on your account. However, no time period will be specified as to when this investigation will finish. 

A chargeback is where you purchase CC, and for whatever reason the money is taken back from us by Paypal. This means you received the CC,, but we did not receive payment. In many cases, this can happen without the purchaser's knowledge due to your bank's fraud protection policies for online purchases. For example, your bank may have thought your purchase was unauthorized, and reversed the transaction.

If you are found to have been involved in fraud or a chargeback case, your account will be suspended indefinitely until the amount is paid back. The amount of CC received must be paid for, along with any fees related to the chargebacks and payment request.

Punishment for this offense are as follows:
-1st Offense: Indefinite until amount + fees are paid back.


Botting, Hacking, or Glitch Abuse
Use of 3rd party software or hardware allowing you to automate gameplay or gain access to privileges which players do not normally have can result in a ban. Additionally, the abuse of glitches in the game to gain benefits can also result in a ban. Depending on severity of the offense, your account and accounts on your IP may be blocked anywhere from 1 week to permanently at our discretion.


Buying Gold or Items
The purchase of gold, items, or accounts for real-life currency from third party companies is against the terms of use. Doing so will result in your account and accounts on your IP being blocked permanently at our discretion. Please note that no website is authorized to sell items or gold. Do not purchase from websites which advertise in game.
