Subject	What is a Booster?
Contents	Boosters are an item you can open to receive one random item. The possible items depend on the booster, and will be mentioned in the booster description in the Item Shop. You can also view the items inside the booster in game after purchasing by double clicking the booster, then pressing the "View" button. Our Item Shop currently contains 3 different types of boosters: Lucky Booster: Lucky Boosters contain a chance to receive unique items that can be found nowhere else, as well as packs of useful premium items and packages. When opening a Lucky Booster, you will always receive one random item with a higher value than you paid for the booster. Equipment Booster: Equipment Boosters give you a chance to receive one uncommon, rare, or hero piece of equipment of the level and type that you have chosen. Rune Booster: While you can purchase uncommon runes stright in the item malle, the Rune Booster gives you a chance to receive a rare, or hero rune as well. However, there is still a chance to receive an uncommon rune, and the type of rune received is random. You cannot choose between the different stats using the rune booster. Boosters and items received from boosters are non-refundable. Items received from a booster cannot be exchanged for any other item in the booster.
