Subject	Failed in using functional item?
Contents	Currently there is a known issue when using the Global Chat Item. This issue appears to be caused by having too many of the item in your inventory at one time, but does not occur 100% of the time. If you are trying to chat in Global Chat, and are receiving the error "Failed in using functional item", please try storing a portion of your Global Chat Items in your warehouse. We recommend only keeping 100-200 at a time in your inventory. We apologize for this inconvenience, and hope to address the issue once the exact cause is found.
