If you were not credited for your CC transaction, please send us a inquiry through our DQ&A and include all of the following information.

The transaction information can be found in your confirmation email sent to you when you make your purchase. Please note that transaction made through Google Checkout can experience a delay of up to 24 hours. If you are having issues with PayByCash, we highly suggest you contact them as they are a separate billing company from us. Your account is credited once they receive your payment. Because of this, they are able to assist you with any concerns you have with their payment gateway.
